Leadership
development

Contemporary leaders deal with meaning, create clarity, a safe work environment, they accept the differences between employees and know what someone is good at. As a leader, it is therefore important that you know exactly what makes your own heart beat faster, but you must also know what moves and engages your employees. Authenticity, empathy, vulnerability and your intuition are essential here. Together instead of alone: really connecting with yourself as a leader and with the other, that is what it is all about.

Do you want to develop your leadership skills?

Do you want to know who you are as a leader?

Do you want to lead more from your authenticity?

Do you want to know how to create a successful, diverse and inclusive team?
This track is a personal journey of discovery into who you are, your leadership, leadership style and inspiration. The horse mirrors you when it willingly follows you or prefers to take over. Horses are particularly sensitive to clarity, sympathy and genuineness. Whoever shows this, gets the lead. But if you have inner doubts about yourself, the other or the direction, you lose the lead immediately! In these programs we work together on that leadership. Of course we also make the link to daily practice.
“ Become the type of leader a person would follow voluntarily even if you had no title or position”
