Body-oriented work

Our body keeps the score. When you have a bad experience or experience trauma, it can affect both your body and your mind. This can cause a physical reaction in your body that can last long after the actual traumatic event has ended. So even if a person looks whole on the outside, let's not forget that they may carry invisible wounds on the inside.⠀⠀

Have you been suffering from (vague) complaints for some time and no longer know what to do about them?

Do you feel depressed, heavy or unable to move forward?

Do you suffer from head, neck and shoulder complaints?

Does your stomach feel like a concrete block?

Do you want to experience more flow and softness in your body & life again?
Your body has a natural response to stress, the fight or flight response. This response is caused by the release of hormones that prepare your body to fight or run away from the danger. When you experience trauma, your body can go into this fight or flight response, even when you are not in physical danger.
If the trauma is not processed and resolved, the energy mobilized during the fight or flight response can become stuck in your body. This can cause physical symptoms such as tension, pain, or a feeling of numbness or disconnection from your body.
In some cases, trauma can also affect the way your brain and body communicate, leading to a range of physical and emotional symptoms. The body-oriented treatments that I provide are aimed at helping you feel space and freedom in your own body again, to let everything flow.
I offer the following body-oriented sessions:

Acces Bars
Access Bars Ⓡ are 32 pressure points that form energy channels through and around your head. This is where all your ideas, thoughts, beliefs and emotions are stored. Each pressure point represents a specific context in your life. So you have pressure points that represent the body, money, control, communication, joy, sadness, gratitude, decisiveness, etc.
By gently touching these points (bars), in different combinations, all information stored there is discharged. This creates more peace in your mind, creates space and relaxation in your body and creates new possibilities in your life. You remove old blockages, as it were, to make room for new possibilities.
To speak in computer terms. You defrag your hard drive. This creates space to install more helpful beliefs and emotions. This way you can start living the life you've always wanted to live, with more ease, joy and abundance.
BarsⓇ has already helped so many people for various physical and mental complaints (anxiety, sleep, health, ADD, HSP, stress, money). A few weeks ago I was treated by a colleague. I had so much back pain that it was difficult for me to move. I crawled onto the treatment table like an old grandmother and after the treatment I jumped off, completely pain-free.
Scientific research has shown that a session influences the electrical functioning of the brain. During a Bars session, the brain waves move to Theta, the state of deep relaxation just before the sleep phase (Delta). This allows you to access and change established behavioral patterns, beliefs, emotions and opinions that determine your current life.

Transformational Cupping
Transformational Cupping Ⓡ works on deeper layers and therefore at cell level. Everything you have experienced is stored in your body and therefore in your cell memories. You carry this with you every day. Through cupping we get it moving and you can let it go. Cupping shows where you have physical and/or emotional blockages in your body. It ensures that you get rid of waste products, toxins, adhesions, fat deposits, old sores, traumas, ailments and cellulite. Knots are loosened and oxygen-rich blood can start flowing again, you literally feel better about yourself again!
Using connective tissue massage techniques and cups that create a vacuum, the skin is, as it were, pulled up and blockages underneath are released. This happens not only superficially, but also in the deeper layers of the skin so that there is room for oxygen-rich blood.
