For 1:1 sessions you can work with me in different ways, in which working with the horses is central. Discover what it is like to form a herd with the horses and experience the wisdom they bring. Horses put the interest of the herd before the individual interest and therein lies a wealth of wisdom. Situational leadership, everyone in their power, in their own place, in balance.... Totally in the here and now and without judgement explore where your strengths lie and how you can achieve them, insight into which patterns or behaviors do not serve you (anymore) and how you can live more from your essence.
What is (systemic) coaching with horses?
As human beings, we are also all part of different systems, such as family, work or club of friends. These systems both consciously and unconsciously influence our behavior. This often makes it difficult to change these patterns.
From systemic wisdom and living in the here and now, the horses perceive what you really feel and who you really are, even if you yourself are not aware of it. The horse responds honestly and purely to what it perceives. The insight that the horse can give you is that you start to look in a different way and essential changes can take place within you.

Horses have tremendous intuitive wisdom and awareness within them. When we follow the wisdom and movement of the horses, they constantly bring us to the core of what it is all about. Your core, the person you are without all those layers and masks you have built up over the years to feel safe and hold your ground in this world.

Horses are herd animals and escape animals, constantly working to keep themselves and the herd safe. They cannot help but communicate through their feelings, body language and energy. That is their safety and wisdom. With that, horses are completely in the here and now. They cannot hide behind a mask. In addition, they also carry immense systemic wisdom.
Everyone must know and take their place to keep the herd safe. From that power, horses show us people what is going on and what needs attention. If you or your child joins the herd, a new herd is created, as it were, in which you can take your place. The horses will show and feel what is going on (deep inside). Do you feel the same inside your body as you do on the outside? If not, the horses will show this, lovingly and without judgment.
They open your consciousness by dis-covering patterns and behaviors that prevent you from moving forward or make you feel out of control. Because of their sensitivity, they know exactly what you need. They pick up signals that each person unconsciously gives off.
As a coach I travel with you a little bit in your process. With the wisdom of the horses, my experience in systemic and shamanic work and my intuitive abilities, we uncover what needs to be felt and seen, to bring you one step closer to who you really are.
