
Burn-out trajectory

If you have persistent stress symptoms or are already in burnout, you probably can't see the forest for the trees. Who will help you move forward? Who makes you better? In this program, we will discover which patterns underlie your burnout. What doesn't work for you anymore? Then we examine what does work for you, what desire lies underneath and how you can use your own qualities on the way to what you are working towards. You will learn to feel (again), to set healthy boundaries and bring balance back into your life.

What does such a trajectory look like?
In multiple sessions using horse coaching, online support and Human Design, we map out your situation and steps:
6 sessions of at least 2 hours with the horses, including experiencing your family system, your Human Design, a group session and a return moment

Access bars and / or transformational cupping sessions to release traumas, let it flow again in your body and disconnect yourself from limiting thoughts.
We pay attention to:

recognizing (unconscious) energy givers and energy consumers
approaching the situation differently
strengthening and/or learning of competences needed to take good care of yourself

Session 1
Together we determine what it is you want to work with.
Access bars are 32 pressure points that form energy pathways through and around your head. This is where all your ideas, thoughts, beliefs and emotions are stored. Each pressure point represents a specific context in your life. For example, you have pressure points that represent the body, money, control, communication, joy, sadness, gratitude, decisiveness, etc.
Gently touching these points (bars), in various combinations, discharges all the information stored there. This creates more peace in your head, space and relaxation in your body and creates new possibilities in your life. You remove old blockages, so to speak, to make room for new possibilities. After all, you can only start 'tinkering' when you are reasonably relaxed.
After this we will see if we can make a plan for your journey. We take our time, because this time we will really get to the bottom of things. EVERYTHING matters and together we put everything in order. How it was, how it is and how it will be allowed to become.
If you can't reach it yet, it doesn't matter. Then we'll leave some pieces open for a while. That will certainly be filled in as we go along. You will see that as time passes, you will become clearer.
Session 2
During this session
we look at your foundation. We dive deeper into your blueprint through your Human Design. Wouldn't it be nice to be born with a manual? Your own personal guide, who gives insight into your unique qualities and limitations? Who lets you make the right choices effortlessly? Who tells you why you are here?
During this session I help you discover and experience this manual of yourself. From who you think you should be, to who you really are deep inside. Human Design is the most detailed representation of how you work as a human being. It contains just about everything you can experience, from feelings and drives to qualities and pitfalls. It gives you a glimpse into your deepest self, from which you can then start experimenting on your own.
By looking at your blueprint together, you get insights into how your energy field works. How you can best make decisions and what natural qualities you possess. You get a look inside yourself, as it were, free from all your conditioning, thinking patterns and beliefs. You look at who you are deep inside.
This session takes place with the horses. You will experience both your Human Design and the wisdom of the herd.
Session 3
Now it is time to look at your system of origin, your family and how your life has gone so far. Who are you, what has shaped you, what are your patterns and pitfalls? To do this, we go briefly into the time machine and connect with your family of origin and those who mattered when you couldn't take care of yourself. Often you unconsciously made some decisions back then that you carry with you for the rest of your life. Your "coping mechanisms. We dive deeper into the masks you may have put on to keep yourself standing in this world. Masks that mask your essences and do not show your true power and light.
Discover during a horse coaching with representatives which patterns and dynamics you unconsciously maintain, that hold you back from living your life to the fullest. With a family constellation we look together at your undercurrent or hidden dynamics that have an unconscious effect on you. You carry, without knowing it, things from at least 7 generations; beliefs, secrets, victimhood and perpetration, not speaking out etc. This has an effect on your daily life and actions, on your upper stream. A constellation gives clarity about your place in a group (family, work, sports team, etc.) and how you relate to others within that group.
Session 4
A transformational cupping treatment.
Your body has a natural response to stress, the fight-or-flight response. This reaction is caused by the release of hormones that prepare your body to fight the danger or run away from it. When you experience trauma, your body can go into this fight-or-flight response even if you are not in physical danger.
If the trauma is not processed and resolved, the energy mobilized during the fight or flight response can become trapped in your body. This can cause physical symptoms such as tension, pain or a feeling of numbness or disconnection from your body.
Transformational Cupping works through to deeper layers and thus to the cellular level. Everything you have experienced is stored in your body and thus in your cellular memories. You carry this with you every day. Through cupping we bring it into motion and you can release it. Cupping shows you where you have physical and/or emotional blockages in your body. It allows you to get rid of waste products, toxins, adhesions, fat deposits, old pain, trauma, ailments and cellulite. Knots are loosened and oxygenated blood can flow again, you literally feel better in your own skin!

Session 5
Your core values. In this session, we discuss the core values that are most important to you. What do you stand for in life? On what basis do you make choices? Do these core values fit with the life you lead? With the job you have? Which ones do and which ones don't, and how does that clash or mesh with the core values of others? Do you manage to bring out your essences for yourself? Or do you still need some help? I am curious.
Together with the horses we will look at what your core values are and how you can reflect them even more in your life and how you make decisions.
Session 6
Een groepsmoment . Je neemt deel aan een systemische coachingsdag met paarden. Jij mag hier een vraagstuk inbrengen waar je aan wilt werken. De kracht van de groep zal ervoor zorgen dat het stuk dat nog niet makkelijk is, verhelderd wordt en in beweging gebracht gaat worden. De workshop duurt de hele dag en is inclusief een lunch. Je ontmoet gelijkgestemden en helpt ook anderen door mee te doen als representant.
Session 7
And now specifically: what steps will you take? Hold them up to the light. How do the steps feel? Can you leave with them? Often in this session I work with the shamanic medicine wheel. Every beginning has an end and everything is cyclical. All the experiences gained during the process can be integrated with each other this way. All loose ends can now be tied together, making it logical to take the next steps. Are you ready for it?
Retrospective session
You decide when you want to come back to finalise the trajectory. Often people do this when they have been 'on the road' for a while. After this process, you either return to work in your current environment but with a different perspective, or you start something new. Both are exciting and therefore it is wonderful to have some support.

It is an adventure, a journey that will help you in the rest of your life to live from your core. This requires courage and perseverance, but I promise you that you will feel happy, freer and more in touch with yourself after this journey!
