Every management team, management team or department has the same goal: successful collaboration. Successful teams have a number of things in common: they are highly committed, persistent and take responsibility. How is that possible? Through the power of people. Every person is unique, has their own character, talents, their own story and unique contribution to others. All those unique people and their stories are the basis for ultimate happiness and success of every team. All that together forms the heart of the team!

Horses in the herd are particularly suitable for working during team processes. Horses put the interests of their team, the herd, before their individual interests. The safety and well-being of the herd is the most important thing. This contains all the wisdom for the success of a team. When a team work with the horses, it quickly becomes clear what is really going on. Where the energy stagnates and how it can flow again. What actually stands in the way of successfully working together as a team. Horses can not relate to words; they respond purely to what they feel and experience. They show how you can be powerful as a team and take the right place. The purity with which horses do this creates open communication that allows people to see and hear each other.

Team coaching with the horses is suitable when you as a team or organization want to experience objectively and subtly what is really going on within the team. You learn to look at your team and the assignment you face differently. Depending on demand, we can plan one or more sessions with the horses.
